About Jesse Grathoff

Why would you hire me?

You wouldn’t. I’m here to be your partner. To work WITH you. I’m an expert guide that will walk you through the process and act as your constant resource. I’m not here for hiring, I’m here for partnering.

What’s important to me?

  • SERVICE: I am an Army veteran who also ran restaurants for 25 years. I know what it means to be of service.

  • LOVED ONES: My family is my world, my friends are my tribe, and my colleagues turn into friends and family.

  • HEROES: I focus a lot of time and energy giving back to my community heroes. I volunteer education and offer special programs to our Teachers, Medical Professionals, EMT’s, First Responders, Veterans and Police.

How I’ll show up for you

Time is precious. I will always show up for you. Finding or selling a home can present challenges, and the last thing you need is a realtor who is hard to get ahold of. I vow to value your time as much as I value my own, and I value my time with my friends and family greatly. I am always just a call or text away, and you’ll feel part of the family after our first chat.

Relax. I’m here to help.
